Thank you for choosing EventGallery 910Arts for your event. We look forward to offering professional beverage services to you and your guests! Below are our Service Policies and some of the beverage options you have for your event. Policies for any alcohol related beverage service:

  •Food service must always accompany alcohol service.

  • Colorado state law prohibits the sale to and consumption of alcoholic beverages to persons        under the age of 21.
  • Bartender(s) may require valid identification at any time.
  • The bartender reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any reason.
  • The EventGallery 910Arts event management team can suspend liquor service at any time for any reason.
  • No alcohol may be removed from the 910Arts Bar gallery and courtyard area.
  • All donated product must be approved in advance by the EventGallery 910Arts event management. A handling fee may apply to any donated product. Donations of alcohol may be made only to a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.
  • Bar service discontinues thirty (30) minutes prior to the end of your event.
  • The EventGallery 910Arts must be cleared and vacated by all event hosts, guests and catering staff no later than 12:30 am. This time may be extended by advance arrangement, in which case additional fees may apply.

910ArtsBar BEVERAGE SELECTIONS

Hosting an event at EventGallery 910Arts gives you the benefit of working with a professional beverage service staff, headed-up by Events & Bar Extraordinaire Kelli McKenney. Kelli will be happy to consult with you to create the perfect drink menu to complement your event AND respect your budget.

The 910Arts Bar is licensed by the State of Colorado to provide all beverage needs. Pricing is competitive and the bar is always fully stocked with the necessary supplies and amenities at no additional charge to you. The 910ArtsBar supports local businesses and features Colorado wines, beers and spirits.

Host Bar

The host pays for all beverages ordered or until sales reach an agreed-upon, pre-arranged budgeted dollar amount. Charges are based on consumption and a credit card on file or check is required in advance. An 8% sales tax and a 10% service charge are added to the final beverage invoice. The 10% service charge covers all garnishments, ice, glassware and cleanup of the bar. Last, there will be a bartender deposit of $100 for each bartender present for the event. The bartender fee is waived for one (1) bartender with each $500 in beverage sales reached (so if you have two (2) bartenders, there is a minimum of $1000 in beverage sales required to waive the full $200 deposit).

Cash Bar

Guests pay for all beverages they order. There is a bartender fee of $100 for each bartender present for the event.  Sales must exceed $500 for one (1) bartender or $1000 for two (2) bartenders. If said minimums are not met, the $100 fee per bartender is applied.

Beer

Colorado is a mecca for great micro-brews, so it only makes sense that we offer only locally crafted beers.
For all event types, we recommend making all 4 draught beers available at your event as they appeal to all palette types. If you have a request for another local beer we don't have on tap, we are happy to arrange cans or bottles of your most favorite brew!

Our Winter Selections:

Mama's Little Yella Pils by Oscar Blues-the lightest beer on our menu. A nice rounded Pilsner without the notorious bitter after taste.

Denver Pale Ale (DPA) by Great Divide Brewery- If you love hops, you'll LOVE our DPA. Made right here in Denver County, this brew is worth "hopping" over for a taste!

90 Schilling by Odell Brewing Co. – An amber ale that is regarded to as a close relative of Fat Tire. This brew is our best seller!

Easy Street Wheat by Odell Brewing Co. - A smooth and citrus tinted wheat beer that is lighter on the palette and in body than most weighty wheat’s. It just goes down so "Easy"!

Wine

While we carry a stock of 10 wines in house (which accommodate all palette types), we are also happy to take it up a notch and pre-design a wine package that will tantalize your guests taste buds! Below are some sample packages presented by price level. We recommend choosing 2 reds & 2 whites from ONE package list, then if you want more variety (say a dessert wine or sparkling for a toast), we can always create a package designed specifically to meet your desires. Please keep in mind - because these packages don’t incorporate our normal stock wines, you must order by the case (in some instances, we can put orders in for a half-case).

We offer a variety of Boylan Fountain Sparkling Beverages which include tonic, sparkling water, Red Creamy Birch Beer, Black Cherry, Lemon/Lime, Cola, Diet & Ginger Ale.
