The EventGallery 910Arts intern program offers participants art gallery operations training and insight into creative collaborations. Participants assist in fostering creative synergy between art and community while raising environmental and social awareness.

Interns participate in day-to-day exhibition operations, openings and related events.

Schedule:
Available 1-2 days per week (preferably 2 days and some evening availability desirable.) Must commit to a minimum of three months after which a performance evaluation will be given.

Internship Description:
Interns are expected to work at exhibition openings and related events, which may vary from their usual schedule, and perform administrative tasks while working in the gallery.

In addition they will be responsible for light research, greeting and welcoming visitors.

The ideal intern will be very organized, patient, able to multitask, have extraordinary attention to detail, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
-Directly and closely assist gallery Directors
-Update art and event listings for the EventGallery 910Arts and assist in marketing campaign, media relations
-Upkeep of client database
-Creating and scheduling mailings for EventGallery promotional materials and communication
-Track and follow up with friendly reminders for related events, and exhibitions
-Attend and assist with gallery events
-Assist with the installation and removal of art exhibitions, and will gain art handling, registration, and condition checking experience
